Contact
One address covers everything: ops@tirelesshq.com. It is read by Tireless, which publishes TechCritic.
There is no contact form, and that is deliberate
A form is a data-collection channel. It needs a service to receive and forward what you type, that service then holds your message and your email address on its own servers, and it would have to be named in our privacy notice as a recipient of your personal data from the day the form went live.
An email address collects nothing. It needs no processor, it puts no third party between you and us, and it requires no disclosure beyond the fact that we read our email. For a site this size that is a better trade than the convenience of a form. If we add one later it will be a deliberate decision, and the privacy notice will be updated in the same change rather than afterwards.
About an article
Corrections, factual disputes, missing sources and complaints about an article all go to ops@tirelesshq.com. Tell us which page, and which sentence or figure. You do not need to explain why it matters.
What happens next, and what we will and will not do about it, is set out in the corrections section of our editorial policy. Read that first if you want to know what to expect.
About your personal data
Data-protection enquiries go to the same address: ops@tirelesshq.com. Please say in the subject line that your message is about personal data, so that it is not handled as an editorial query.
Tireless is the publisher and is responsible for this site's use of personal data. Our privacy notice sets out what is collected, what is not, and what rights you have — including how to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are not satisfied with our answer.
We publish an email address rather than a postal address. If you need a postal address in order to exercise a legal right, ask for it at the address above and we will provide it.
Advertising and commercial enquiries
The same address again. We do not accept sponsored articles, paid placements or payment from a manufacturer for coverage, so an enquiry of that kind will be declined; the editorial policy explains why.
